Apartment Details
Apartment 465B
Entrance from the street up 5 steps leading to the front patio area. Then entrance into lobby and seating area leading to separate kitchen, and 5 stairs leading down to separate bedroom areas and fully air conditioned lounge/diner area. Entrance to other outside patio/balcony area via the lounge/dining area, which overlooks the gardens, coastline and sea.
Kitchen
Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker and hob.
Lounge/Diner
Lounge/diner with sofa bed that can sleep one adult or two small children. Air conditioning available. Lounge with satellite tv comprising most UK tv/radio stations as well as other European channels. Sky news and sky sports news is available but not sky sports. There are bars locally where you can watch sky sports for that important match! A CD player and a new DVD player are available too.
Bedrooms
1 double bedroom with en-suite shower, washbasin and wc. Wardrobe space too.
1 twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom, cot available on request. Wardrobe space too.
1 Bathroom with bath, shower in bath, wc, bidet and washbasin
Clean sheets provided at start of holiday. Additional maid service available on request. Cots, high chairs and extra beds available on request. Please advise also if air conditioning is required.
Front patio area and back Balcony/Pation area
There are 2 tables, 6 chairs and 2 parasols available for use on the outside areas so you can dine alfresco! We don't have a barbeque for safety reasons as we are not on the ground flooor.
Car Parking
Car parking is available close to the apartment but there is not a designated parking space for the apartment.
Price
The price is for the rental of the apartment per week regardless of the number of persons, to a maximum of four persons. The price includes water, electricity, all linen and towels (not beach towels), change of linen each week, (extra linen charge for 10 night stays if required), Air conditioning is available on request in the lounge/diner and both bedrooms, at an additional charge.
There are additional charges for use of the gym and the tennis courts. Additional maid services can be arranged at extra cost on request (ie if you require a full daily or twice weekly maid service). Extra charges apply for hire of an extra bed, cot or high chairs.
